Funny how time flies, it doesn't wait for anyone. 3/29/2014

September is here that means 4 more months until the new year is to come!!! I am trying to make a move that will help me to prepare for the rest of this year! I know that the weight loss game changes every day. And no its not really a game, but its a life time commitment to work on and towards!

January 2013 is here and rolling, I am working on me. Taking it one day at a time and making the best out of it. I know what I need and how to get there, now I just need to use that key called consistency.

May 7, 2013 update. we fall down but we get up.... I am working on me one day at a time!

Instead of doing my whole year of goals, I am breaking them down into 3 month increments.

Goals
1. Drink 8 glasses of 8 oz water daily

2. Exercise 5 times a week 60 minutes each session

3. Log into Spark Weekly

4. Stay in my calorie range....

5. Lose 20 lbs in 3 months
