Hi! So sorry to be so slow at responding but I too am having a hard time keeping up!! LOL All we can do is hang in there. I've come up with a new buddy system that won't start until Jan 1st and it's going to be a few of us-- and there will not be any challenges--- We will make a commitment to exercise EVERY day & to check in EVERY day for a year! And to make it more fun I think we will walk the USA. Each day we will see how many miles we covered as a team and talk about what we saw. One fitness minute will equal 1 mile. It's still a work in progress. Think about if you'd like to join. But make sure you are willing to commit for ONE WHOLE YEAR--- EVERY DAY! Thank you for the lovely Spa goodie and encouraging note. I do save up and ever so often I manage a massage. I've been having PT on a shoulder and prior to that on my back. So was getting some special treatment. Almost like a spa visit. Fortunately I have a pool so almost every morning I work out in the water, sometimes finish and float there for a bit, just staring up at the blue sky with clouds scattered around. Being retired, has finally dawned on me as I have nothing to do unless I choose to. I work on my jewelry, with I sell on Etsy. Not doing any craft shows. But if I find a small holiday one, might. My life once I lost weight and worked out the struggles had more or less fallen into place. I know you will continue to reach for your goal. It's there.
