    Today is November 13th, almost two months since I "started" this losing weight path! Had a couple days recently where I ate things that awakened my "I want to eat.... I want to eat...." It was educational to me! I am trying to learn what I can eat and what I must be very careful about. The worst was when I opened the walnut package. I had to finish what was there..... a mere 800 calories when I checked it out. So now nuts are something that I can't have in my house right now. I so want to get rid of another 40 pounds before too long.... that would put me where I won't have so many "fat rolls" and a abdomen bigger than anything! O Lord!! I have to remember this is not a sprint.... it's a marathon, not the 5 hr kind, but the 5 month kind!! Here I am, Lord, keep me on the right track!
