LOL! I get that question fairly often. Here are a couple of blogs I did on the subject. (You'll have to copy and paste. Spark won't let me post live links in Member Comments):

Thanks for commenting on my page! I try to keep it full of inspirational & motivational stuff, to keep me going. I really like your page, love the background!! I can relate to your comment on eating, seems like I struggle every single day with eating right. Ugh, but I've got to keep trying and pushing myself to make the right choices! 3230 days ago

I ran a half this past January ... and so far found that it's enough for me. It was a lot of (treacherous) fun, but I got really burnt out on running in the process. I still pound the pavement a few times a week, but we'll see if I get bit by the bug again for this fall. I'm also trying to limit my lone-time cardio to 1 hr/day, so that would really kill the long run.
As for your first half though, don't forget to take LOTS of pictures! Like stalk every race camera person you see. Really! 3231 days ago

I've actually never been this light in my entire life, so I'll see when I get there. For now, my goal is anywhere from 95-100 lbs. But I'm not even 5' tall!! Plus, I have a small frame so I think that range would suit me. I rely on the mirror and measurements more so than the numbers on the scale. So hopefully, I'll see my desired results when I get there. Good luck to you too!! :) 3254 days ago
