Learning to Love Me

I am a 22 year old student who also works full time. Though I have gained a lot more than I knew, I am determined to began living a healthier and more active lifestyle.

I am taking this day by day. Over the weekend (9/20/2008) I set some more concrete goals.

I'd like to loose up to 5 lbs a month.

Born Sept. 11, you never feel the need to be the center of attention, and yet when you do find yourself the focal point of a given situation, you never mind it and you are able to rise to the occasion and make the best of whatever opportunities arise from it.
