    Thanks for the comment on my SparkPage! My weight loss plan was kind of unique, just because I was also working on getting back into a running routine. I burned about 3500 calories a week most weeks and ate 1500 to 1800 calories a day and lost at a fairly consistent rate of 1.5 to 2 pounds per week. Out of curiosity, how many calories do you burn in a typical week? I wonder if you're hot hitting a plateau just because you're eating so FEW calories in a typical day considering that you exercise for more than an hour a day.
