Not just about the weight!

Update, ok weight is up, facing foot surgery will be out of commission for at least 3 months. but I will be back and I will be back stronger.



I guess it is time to update this. Since I am almost 50 something now. Over the past few years I have lost a few pounds, about 50 total. Yes I am still very much overweight, obese actually, but I have discovered over this time that I am more concerned about getting fit and strong then getting thin.

yes I am still 240 lbs but you know what, I can run. I will be doing my frist 5K race on May 22, 2010.

So this time around I am going to concentrate on fittness and through the scale out the window!
