My Goals:
My goal is to get out of the overweight category now that I am no longer in the obese range.
My Program:
I mostly follow a plant based "diet" but if I get a hankering for meat I eat it! I have found the benefits of eating single ingredient foods without chemical preservatives. There ar way fewer headcahes, stomach aches, acid reflux, indigestion and bowel issues since I have culled the chemicals!
Personal Information:
I have been married for 5 years and together we have 6 adult children. Four are married---one has 3 daughters and one is carrying my grandson due in late August. We have an adult daughter who is on the autism spectrum and she lives with us and my stepson has been in and out of jail mixed up with drugs and all the stuff that comes with the drug culture.
Other Information:
When I quit my job to be my daughter's caregiver and to help my aging parents and fill in a little for my husband when he gets overloaded, I took over the cooking here and we started walking and each lost 25 pounds and then a few months later I figured up the 3 of us here have lost 100 pounds altogether. I'm still losing as I need to drop 20 more pounds to get out of the OW bracket.

Loving this spring weather and spending lots of time working in the yard which I count as my exercise. My endurance has improved with my weight loss too so I am happy about that!
