You only Fail if you give up!


I thought about erasing this page. Starting over, fresh. RRTSMOM, has been a member since 2007! In that time I have seen 250's and 320's. I have yo-yo'd back and forth. So instead of "starting fresh" I'm using my ups and downs as learning steps...I'm not gonna fail, I'm gonna keep trying. I WANT to succeed! I want to be able to check goals off my list...

I would love to be able to run a 5k (w/o walking)

My Program:
 * I'm drinking less pop and more water.
*Eating at least 1 fruit/vegetable at every meal/snack first.
*portion control portion control portion control!





Personal Information:
Im a mommy of 4 children. ages 16, 7, 6 and 4. I have 2 big dogs and a snobby cat that reminds me that I'm far from perfect lol.
I graduated with my BSN-RN , and hold 2 jobs. (L&D and prn in a nursing home). Finding time or MAKING time for my health is something I'm working on...baby steps

When not at work, or being a mom I like to....OH WHO AM I KIDDING... thats what I do...like I said baby steps





Other Information:
 short term fitness goal- 5k by april

Long term goal--Hike West/East Maroon Bells trail.

    Thank you for your kind words! Your wedding picture is BEAUTIFUL. Your kids are soooo cute! You can do it! Trust me, at 35, I have been everywhere from 148 to just over 300 in my life many times . . This time I am losing it SLOW, I want to make eating better and exercising more my life so I don't have this much to lose again!! If I can do it, anybody can do it. I am taking it by the "decades" . . 10 lb increments, it helps me to do it that way so I don't think of the 100 I need to lose, I FOCUS on the 10!!!
