That's it Rugger....... celebrate every success!!! I have a dress hanging in my closet that does not fit,,, I bring it out every once in awhile to motivate me,,,, only been on this site about a month but have met such wonderful and supportive people,,, glad you are one of them,,,, I get bummed that I don't lose weight quicker,,, but I remind myself that I have straved myself,,, done tons of diets that helped me lose weight quick but I gained it all back,,, this time,,, no diet just a lifestyle change,,,, little things like just making sure that i exercise 10 minutes a day,,, and before I know it,,, I start working out longer,,,, I bought a hula hoop and I still cannot do it but I am trying,,, and guess what? It is fun! :) keep smiling because i think you have a fantastic smile! Litttle by little we will reach our goals! emoticon

Try not to get discouraged. It has taken me 2 yrs to lose 45lbs and I still have 10lbs more to go. You are getting healthier which is the important thing. You will probably find that once it moves it will keep moving again. I have been up/down, stop start, but what has saved me is that I haven't given up. Interval training seems to be good for moving the scale. I got this one on Spark (going to try it now)

Change your routine and mix up your calories, ie top and bottom of your range on different days. Hope this helps somewhat.

    This is straight from Spark:

Intervals are an efficient way to burn maximum calories in minimum time. The bursts of activity are intense, but short, which makes them fly by!

    Try quick routine:

    Jumping jacks: 20 seconds
    Rest: 10 seconds
    High knees: 20 seconds
    Rest: 10 seconds
Jump rope (or jumping in place if you don't have a rope): 20 seconds
    Rest: 10 seconds
Repeat 9 times to kiss 100 calories goodbye!

Hey, sorry your legs are still not healed up, that sucks! Just rest them for as long as it takes. My race last weekend didn't happen for me, I got an eye infection late last week and my doc told me it was not a good idea to do it. Very disappointed that I missed it, I have worked toward it for so long, but there wasn't much I could do, and I can now run 3+ miles, so I'm still proud of myself! I'm going to try and find another one to run in soon.
