    Welcome to the Celiac Disease and Gluten-Free forum RuthDee. Sparkpeople is a great way to watch what you eat and how much you exercise, and also receive support along the way. I hope you'll reach out if you need to. As for sweets, all I can think of is to take it one baby craving at a time, one day at a time. It's a struggle (I have it with salt, so I know), but before you know it, you're becoming a different person and it's all okay/a craving of the past. Good luck.
