I do 30 min cardio tape 6 days a week The "8 minute in the morning "Strength training 6 days/wk Add some Core/balance strengthening in each day Eat min required amounst of balanced food

I am here to change my lifestyle and get in the best shape of my life. Was fortunate to not have problems with my weight most my life- at age 40 that all changed when my pituitary was damaged by a tumor. It went away , but this weight gain, never did. I feel good even heavy but want to be healthy as possible so have set my self on this plan and determined to get slim and trim -- no matter how long it takes me.. :)

I loved reading all the messages left by others supporting fellow team mates.. I need to remember: Even tiny nibbles add up over a year. TO keep positive and TO keep moving.
