My sweetheart will be retiring soon. We are engaged but never set a date. I have an attentive date for the first of December 09' and if the finances allow, we should be able to get married in Hawaii. As you can see in the pic. I truly wish to lose the weight and get fit.

The first is Christmas of 07 - I lost some weight but I put it back on
Second is Steve and I on a cruse 06
Third is when we first met and went fishing 05

Fitness Minutes: 2,048

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 40 pounds in 4 months. That would be to mid October. I will met the firsts week challenge and reward myself with a nice bubble bath.

Next week a banquet of flowers. Perhaps the following week a Pedicure,horseback riding,30 minute massage.

My Program:
5 sm. meals,8 glasses of water, 30 Day Shred, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and every other day 30DS and No More Trouble Zones.

I like Scuba Diving and Saltwater fishing, I have a garden I like to work in. I am not working, but I was a Nurses assistant for most of my working life.

I have 4 children and 4 grandchildren.

We have a pet Timmith Gray named Yahoo. Because we met on yahoo personals years ago. We spoon fed him as a new hatching.

Live is great, just got to loose this ugly fat and get healthy again.

    Keep Shredding it! I'm still in Level 1. I don't think I want to graduate to Level 2 this time around. After I finish my 30 days, I'm doing INSANITY for 60 days. Better have some awesome results.

    I finally (!) lost a pound today....yeah!!!! emoticon I still havent given up level one on 30ds; getting good at this one..... somehow i feel that i should master this one before moving on to level 2. congrats on the level 2! emoticon

    Hey there, thanks for the comment!

    I actually did Jillian Michael's a few times before that, so I was pretty used to Level 1 (the pushups still kill me though!)

    My first day on Level 2 was rough, I sweated SOOOO much.

    I'm a little confused about the hand placement on planks. For the walk out push up, my arms are quite far out ahead of me, is that correct?

    As for the jumping out plan, it's KILLER. I had to stop a few times during that one. How do you do on the arm raises? I'm using 5 pound weights and it is so hard for me to get through bringing them up at eye level the second time around. I guess that means it's good?

    I did JM's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism once, a lot of Level 2 comes from it. I thought it was truly insane, definitely a great workout.

    "Chop! Chop! Ladies" "To the Mat!" Are we getting used to hearing the ShredLeader? I'm enjoying reading about our painful experiences. I agree that it's time to up the weights for chest flies.
