    Wow, congrats on the new pregnancy! Do you know what your having yet? My little boy is getting big and too busy! I stay home with him and our 4 year old. It's very hard to keep a clean house with them on the loose :)

    You look gorgeous on your first Mother's day! How far along are you? I know you'll be able to do it this time.

    The biggest help to me was finding a gym with a daycare. I also joined a "baby boot camp" style class where we do crazy exercises with our kids either in strollers or in the mall's play area (park in the summer). The camaraderie of the mommy group gets me there most days and if I do miss-- then we go at our leisure to the gym.

    It is so good to hear from you. I have been walking/jogging for 30 minutes in the morning and walking another 20 at night probably aout 5 times week. I have also been lifting weights about 4 times per week and have started tracking my food again. So, I have been fairly diligent, but the results are slow given the effort. But if it were easy, we would all be slender and fit.

    Maybe we could do a daily check in to keep us motivated?

    How is the little one? I am loving all the pics on FB.

    #1 My "baby" of 3 turned 18 in April and all 3 are college age now and I am STILL waiting to find my abs.
    #2 6 months. I hear you. Before you know it he will be 16. Really. No lie. It goes by SO fast.
    #3 All in moderation. Your focus is your baby and your family. But we all know that nobody is happy unless mommy is happy so find a balance that works for YOU. Don't compare yourself to others and your body and your body or your workouts and their workouts and their food and your food. Do what works for YOU my dear!
    #4 You are HOT! Don't forget that. And a wonderful Mommy!!!
