My name is Juli. I'm 63. I am starting over in 2016, years later... so here we go!
Last time I lost to my goal weight with the help of fellow "sparkles" Since then we have retired and moved. Been through many changes. Love our new life. Have friends, grandkids who do come up to visit (!) and crafting. I do woodburning , knitting and crocheting. But enough about me!



I look forward to using spark page to continue to motivate me! I am constantly searching for ...

Slowly but surely get back in healthy shape... Welcome a new year and a new challenge. With that continue a lifetime of eating well and exercising.

My Program:
 I walk 5 to 7 x's per week and workout at home when I can't make it out. I eat my fruits and veggies and DRINK MY WATER!!!
