Time to get it done.

I have been flustering with the same 20 pounds for as long as i can remember and I want to get rid of 30! It's like once I get even close I forget how hard ive worked and goof off and let everything go crashing back to before.

This time im determined. I'm starting a neww school, a neww life, a new me. I want this more than ever now. I've come to the conclusion that lately I want it soo much more than before its become all i can think about which isnt good either because its stressing me out hard core!

So here it is, me telling everyone. I'm going to do it this time. I'm going to start using all of my resources that are available to me on spark and not just read a few blogs. I'm going to start tracking and making a full blown effort and not just ask why its not happening. Im sick of being full of excuses.

It's time to TRANSFORM myself and let the happy healthy me out.

My Goals:
-Be comfortable in my own skin.

-Go to the beach without being embarrassed.

-Be in my healthy weight range, the 120's

-Lose the Application Trail around my waist

-I love the look of toned healthy bodies. I want to be that kind of sexy. I don't need this skinny hip and rib bones sticking out thing. Not for mee.

I want to be fit and healthy and toned.

I want to feel That kind of sexy.

My Program:
run, eat healthy, exercise.

I'm starting a new weight training routine and i like to run in the mornings.

Trying to up my mileage and get toned.

I have attempted south beach, weight watchers and now trying counting calories... all have worked for me and i let myself fall back so striving to actually get it off and Stay off.

Any suggestions would be great!

Personal Information:
Im in my twenties and living upp my college lifee. Just got my associates and transferred for my bachelors.

I have sooo much coming ahead of me and im super excited to do it all.

My plan is to gett to my goal weight so all my plans can be done with out worry and embarrassment.
