SKINNY JEAN DREAMS
Hello all,
My name is Shareem, I go by Reemii.
I've been rededicating myself to weight loss for the last 15 years. Unfortunately, none of those times have ever panned out like I planned it. I think I have been looking for a quick fix or a solution but as time goes on- I'm realizing that I am my own problem. Hello all,
My name is Shareem, I go by Reemii.
I've been rededicating myself to weight loss for the last 15 years. Unfortunately, none of those times have ever panned out like I planned it. I think I have been looking for a quick fix or a solution but as time goes on- I'm realizing that I am my own problem. My lack of self control, my lack of motivation even when I think I am motivating, my lack of discipline has put me in this situation and I am the only person that can get myself out of it.
Ideally, I want to lose 10lbs a month- which I know won't always happen but I will try my darnedest to get there. I'd like to reach 1-der-land goal (even if it is 199.9) by November 15 which is my daughter's 2nd birthday.... Honestly, being within 5-10 lbs of that range would make just as proud. I NEED to be a good example for her. With diabetes on both sides of her family, its imperative that I end that cycle before it trickles down to more generations.
So... lets begin this journey once again : )
