    Hi Sheri -

    I saw your post on my page - so sorry the scale is moving slowly. I'm learning (and re-learning over and over!) that the scale just is NOT my friend... I like the validation - but after 7 weeks (count 'em SEVEN) weeks of it not moving AT ALL... I am still smaller (check out my pictures and see for yourself) and I feel great. So the scale can just take a FLYIN' LEAP!

    Keep doing whatever it takes and never give up!
