Welcome and thank you for visiting my page. My name is Siegrid and I am a foodaholic or just plain addicted to food.
I have been with Spark People since February 2008 and had gone down from 220lbs to 132lbs which was past my original goal of 140lbs. I had reached my goal by october 2008 and managed to maintain until the middle of 2010, when my Dad died. Since then I have been going uphill.. I have tried and tried to restart here, but I have failed time and time again.
So, here I am, trying again.....I hope this time I can do it.

My Goals:
to become as healthy as I can be and to accept myself for who I am.

My Program:
Follow the SparkPeople program and try to do as much excercise as I can without making my back worse than it is.

Personal Information:
I live in Quebec, Canada and love it here. My family and I are bilingual, French and English, although my written French isn't too hot!!

Other Information:
I love Lord of the Rings, both the books and the movies. I also love Harry Potter. Love to read..Stephen King, Dean Koonz, John Saul, James Patterson, Kathy Reichs etc.....In prehistoric times (when I was young), I used to barrel race.

    1) input: improving the quality of your food choices (such as by de-junking the house and removing all tempting, high-calorie foods),

    3) Water, water, and MORE water! It has been truly amazing to me to find how much impact my water intake has on my weight loss! Carry water with you EVERYWHERE! Try as best as possible to drink nothing but water.
