I'm ready. I need to do this. I need to stop avoiding people I've known for years because I don't want them to see how out of shape I am. I lost 100 lbs with a lapband and then the lapband broke and I gained 110 back. Simone Says it's time to take accountability for my body, my food and my actions.

As of August 2012 - I need to lose 150 lbs. First goal: Reach 260.

My Program:
October 2012 -
Continue tracking my food, cut out alcohol except for 3 days and then limit it. Lose one pound a week. Just lose.

Personal Information:
I'm 36, from central/north Texas. I work from home for a major insurance company and I'm just a pretty happy person.

Other Information:
I like color and lots of it. Art makes me think differently and embrace new things. Music provides a soundtrack for my life. I don't like sourkraut... it's just not so good. I do love to cook and I am fantastic at it. I like people and sharing thoughts and ideas and stories - I think we learn a lot from each other that way. I've lived in Texas all of my life and am to the point that I want to branch out and explore that big bad world out there. I love kids. I think we should take a lesson from them and adopt their outlook. I am nothing, everything, something and more - I'm just me. You be you.
