I chose my screen name when I looked in the mirror and could not believe it was me, down over 80 pounds after years as an overweight kid, teen, adult. I felt like a miracle! Now I just see me, a me that must keep tracking and working to control my weight so that small gains don't become a trend. Worth the work? Absolutely.

There is a fine balance between honoring the past & losing yourself in it. . . . you can acknowledge & learn from mistakes you made, & then move on & refocus on the now. It is called forgiving yourself. Eckhart Tolle

    Happy Easter,
Easter is the day that should lift our souls out of the ordinary, the commonplace, the material. It is the time to forget failures and disappointments and begin again with renewed faith and confidence.

Hope the Easter Bunny hops right on over to your house and leaves lots of warm blessings with you.
