Hi! I was introduced to this website by several people from Weight Watchers. I am 58 years old and need to lose a few lbs. I have 2 wonderful daughters, age 22 and 24, and a great husband.
I try to exercise 5 times per week--gym (weights and spinning,) running, biking.

 I am a bird person. I have a cockatoo, a hawkhead parrot and a cockatiel. My beloved blue front amazon, Brutus passed away a couple of years ago. He was 40 years old.
