It is time to face the facts and do something about it. I have come to that point many times. Then life hits us with another giant problem and I am off line for ages. I know what to eat, how to exercise, how to seek help, yet in those times I have found that I just don't even try to do any of it. Sometimes I can be my own worst enemy. So once again I am beginning to try to establish some sort of rhythm to my days. On the positive I have been keeping a food diary of what I eat to make sure that my vitamin K is not too high. I know that I am out of kilter because of the strokes, but I also know that I am perfectly capable of getting back on track. It begins with really desiring to want to lose the needed 50 lbs and keep them off. I have spent a lot of time in prayer and I think I am honestly ready to begin once again.

My Goals:
1. Drink 8 glasses of water daily

2. Walk 5 miles each week

3. Gain better physical condition as I lose 50 pounds


My Program:
1. I am drinking a glass of water with each meal

2. Go on walks with spouse at least 3 times per week

3. Doing various workouts each day

Hi. My name is Barb I am a Christian who loves the Lord. I am 73 years old. Butchie and I have been married for 54 years. We have 5 children, 18 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter.
Butchie and I are retired. We live in the country in Northern Indiana.


Other Information:
I enjoy family gatherings, gardening, photography, knitting, crocheting, going to grandchildren events and reading.
