This #goalfeats challenge reminds me to visualize; heard on NPR that new research shows that visualizing yourself exercising helps lose some pounds (and then actually doing it helps lose a lot more!) Working on today's goals (still have eve goals but confident I'll reach them) & today's a rest day so visualizing my recent walk now
