If you would like to try something different with a little challenge...I have one for you to consider. It's a small private team that competes with others within the larger X-Weighted team. Doing various challenges. Runs for 8 weeks. Main requirement is to post weight weekly...other activities, all though very beneficial, are optional. Drop me a note if you have questions or would like to join us.

Checking in on you. I just busted a plateau (as you know.) I rededicated to my calorie limit and started eating the foods I knew would work and POOF - busted it. Of course, all this bragging will assure I hit another one just when you bust yours -- lol. GO DO IT, SPIFF!! 911 days ago

FYI -- I found out that "Google Fit" app was too dodgy and weird. I switched to another free app called "Runkeeper" (works for walks too) and it's much easier to manage. Be back Sunday to check on you. 912 days ago

Hey -- So I started walking early mornings a couple of days ago. I found a free phone app called "Google Fit." You download it from the Play Store and then set it up ... input your height and weight etc. And before you start your walk you start the app and then click on "Start Activity" and it will track your walk by GPS. You have to stop it at the end. It draws a map -- shows how far you walked -- how many minutes -- gives you your pace-per-mile and calories burned. Very cool. I just ordered a pouch for my phone so I don't have to put it in my pocket and chance having it get turned off. 921 days ago

Same old -- stayed the same last week. Looking forward to being able to post a loss this week though -- and have been seriously considering starting walking again. 923 days ago
