Hello My name is Dana and I have 3 beautiful children and am happily married. I came acrossed sparks by chance and I love it... it helps me be accountable for my goals and healthyness. I am not totally sure how to do everything yet on the site but I am glad to be apart of this group!

My Goals:
To become healthier and have more energy.
To shed 150 pounds and feel more energised and self
confident!
I want to get in shape!

My Program:
 I am working out on my Health Rider
drinking 8 glasses of water a day now , eating healthier, working out to workout dvds, and trying not to snack on unhealthy things at night before bed( that is my PROBLEM right there)
