Hello my friend! I'm so glad you are back. I just came back also after a long hiatus.I'm a stress eater and this covid 19 did me in! This is so ironic I too went back to what worked for me when I lost a lot of weight. Started counting calories today. I know it's time consuming and I usually only last doing it for a few days but I got to start somewhere. Using the calorie tracker and weighing myself daily will keep me accountable.I counted my breakfast and I was already up to 440 calories. You don't realize how fast calories add up.
