Introduction Text Hello all , My name is Jennifer aka Leah. I am 25 years old. I started with a spark page and was able to lose about 20 pounds in 2009 after I lost 20 pounds I gained and went right back up to 315. I lost hope in my self. March 28rd 2011 I had the gastric sleeve preformed. It has drastically changed my life for the better. I am going to try to be better about updating things. To feel young for once with my body. I also have goal to be 160 pounds. I want to have a child and I have learn to be healthy before I can even think to bring a baby into this world.

I had the gastric sleeve, so right now I am getting 2oz of protein about every 3 hours and make sure I get some veggies in. Last but not least WATER WATER WATER!
