Thank you for reading my blog “Later Never Comes” I was in a place where “later” was threatening to turn into “why bother” or even “never.” Yes, even after 11 years of maintenance, advice, encouragement and support are necessary and much appreciated.

yes! a bit of chocolate and sip of wine do help. After the wineless winter, eh? Thanks for the bloglove about ThePlan 2021. The truth is, the overriding emotion I felt - even more than the horror of the politics and the debt load - was "wow - I'm really enjoying myself this year!" So, it's no wonder that at the end of it I'd grown a lot. It's a toss up between how much more art confidence I feel and how much more fun I'm having with my Other Person as to what has been the most fun and seen the most growth. We both agree on this and "wow - this is fun" is a pretty constant refrain around the house.
Let's hope for lots more of that, no matter what happens on the pandemic front. 5 days ago

Thank you, honey, for the bloglove on my planning post. I do think the nit-picky details of running a library and locating and retrieving data are perfectly suited to a computer. But boy - there was a lot of work involved, adjusting to them.
It was a delight for me in spite of the work because I had a daddy who said "You get to plan your own life" when I was so young. 7 days ago

oh girlfriend. I hear what you're saying about our aging husbands. I'm so grateful mine is not just still here, but has been willing to make changes when needed - so he can as fit as possible as long as possible. Like giving up the wine - or the potatoes - sugar - flour products - yep. Doing his best makes me willing to work hard to do mine too. 8 days ago
