This marks the start of my journey. Every story has a beginning and this is mine. My life as the "big" girl, the "exhausted" mom, the person too tired to move off of the couch is over, that chapter of life is done. I will become the person that I once was, before I allowed myself to become this being. The truth of it is I know how to lose weight. I have been to Weight Watchers, I have completed nutritional workshops, I have worked out with a personal trainer, and each of these things have taught me how to be healthy and given me tools to make the lifestyle changes that I so desperately need to make. The secret that I have learned through them all is: TOOLS DON'T WORK IF YOU DON'T USE THEM. So I am here to use the tools I have been given. I have a wonderful family that needs me to choose to be healthy. A preteen daughter that needs a good example of a healthy body and how to stay healthy as her hormones begin to rage out of control. A preschool aged son, that needs his mother to play tag, go on hikes and just enjoy every moment that is left of his childhood.

I am calling for a redo... 2017 was an up and down roller coaster ride that I failed miserably on. 2018 is the year I am going to make all of this happen. Here we go.

My Goals:
I will lose 13 pounds (5%) by 2/14/17, by following my program. Staying hydrated, tracking food and finding at least 10 minutes everyday to exercise.
