Dream big, step small, and keep going. ) Welcome to my page,I am 44 year old , mom of 3 kids ,I have gained over 60 pounds after my first daughter and during stress of dental school, but the weight kept going up over the years. my goal is to lose the excess weight and have a healthy productive life with my family. I started with SP years ago but life and me got in my way and with full commitment,I am renewing my membership ,I am done sabotaging my efforts , world here I come..

Go 365 days with my program . lose 8-10 pounds a month . Be healthy and Happy and more active with the kids

Working out 6 days a week using the Firm DVDs and elliptical and treadmill. Eat within my Calories range.1200-1400 Drink 9 cups of water daily. log my food
