I have been back and forth with my weight for years now. The lowest I was at was 125, but I achieved that in an unhealthy way. This time I want to lose weight the right way...the long and hard, but permanent way. I know that it will be a long journey, but I am ready to begin. I have always been overweight and I am tired of it. I am ready to get my priorities straight and start making time for myself. I am glad I found SparkPeople because I feel that this site is a big motivator for me. I am currently enrolled in a Weight Watchers at work program and I need a little extra support. I have lost 25lbs so far, since April, and I am working on the last 25. I am finding it to be much harder than when I started. I am hoping to find much need support through this site and to get my butt in gear and reach my goal!
UPDATE- 1/18/11:
I have finally got back onto this site after a long hiatus. I just gave birth to my second child on December 14, 2010. My son Kolten is now 5 weeks old and my daugther, Isabelle, is 3 1/2 years old. I am back to losing pregnancy weight and pretty much starting from square one. I was at my goal weight in 2009, but with pregnancy it slowly crept back on. Now, I am back into the thick of things and working towards getting my weight back under control. I know it will take time, it took me 3 years last time, so I am prepared for another long haul. The small goals will help me stay consistent. I definitely want to have the energy to keep up with my kids. I also want to be confident with myself again so my daugther can learn to be confident with herself as she grows up. They learn from their parents, so I need to get in the right mindset. I will take it one day at a time and try to make the best choices possible! :)
I am still sparking and I am feeling good! I started 2013 at a weight of 177.8 and as of right now I am at 138. I am feeling so good about that! I finally joined the gym and I take classes everyday during my lunch. I workout 4 times per week and try to get some activity on the weekends. I do cardio dance on Monday and Wednesday and strength training on Tuesday and Thursday. I LOVE the strength training and I LOVE seeing muscles. I feel so accomplished. I am hoping to be able to renew my membership for the new year, otherwise I don't know what I will do. I do not want to go back to where I was. I finally feel confident. I would like to get down to 125, but I will see how I am feeling first. I do feel good now, but would like to tone up more. I am excited to see what I can do and how amazing my body is in the process. I am doing things I never thought I could do before. I just need to remain focused and NOT give up!

My Goals:
TO eat better and make wiser food choices.
To be comfortable in my own skin and be a good role model for my daughter.
To exercise regularly (4 times a week).
To stay within my recommended caloric intake.
To be able to run longer than 3 minutes.

My Program:
I track my food intake, water consumption, and exercise 4 times a week. I am slowly adding in more fruits and vegetables to get in healthier calories. I will use TurboJam DVDs and walk regularly.

I have one beautiful daughter, Isabelle, who is 6-1/2 years old and an adorable son, Kolten, who is 3 years old.
I received my Bachelors Degree in Business in 2010 and I am employed full-time.

Other Information:
I am looking for some great people on this site to keep me in line and keep me motivated! Two of my friends just had babies, so they weren't along for the ride on my weight loss journey. I am looking for SUPPORT! I am looking forward to getting back on the wagon and staying on until I reach my goal. I also want to obtain valuable information that will help me maintain the weight loss.
