"Bridges..Building, Crossing, Burning"
Hi I began at SparkPeople on 10/17/2013 and continue to be excited with the tools and options available. I started my wt. loss on June 1, 2010 documented at 535 pounds and am about 1/2 way to my goal of 250. I lost a few on my own, then 100 on Jenny Craig, and then more on my own following illness, and as of 6/8/14 another 51 on SP bringing me to 191.0 pounds loss. I am here for the continuing support and networking with others. I am working with SparkCoach, have completed the 90 day 4-step and ...
Hi I began at SparkPeople on 10/17/2013 and continue to be excited with the tools and options available. I have moved into the Motivational module to continue channeling my personal growth. I wish I had of know of SP sooner and when I was much younger!

Returning to SP, following a jump to 432, now back at 353, the hardway, illness but with full recovery! I know now I need to be here for life. Please pray for my strength as I am for 250.

My Goals:
I've lost 191.0 pounds and am over 1/2 way to my goal. i want very much to be able to sustain walking without a cane.
Update, I regained, to 432, back to 353 and ready to Spark. Should have never stopped, as did so for no good reason. I took the loss of my Mom at 92 very hard as my dearest supporter in the whole world.
My Program:
1400 prox. cal healthy diet,
With sodium control.
Exercise with limitations.
I have moved from wheel chair, to walker and cane cane over the past 18 mos.
Personal Information:
Resides Lake County, Ohio
Single, 2 adult sons with wonderful mates, 6 grandchildren, 4 great grands, wonderful family support. My brother and two sisters are my dearest friends, along with Geneva and Debbie and Janice.
Retired from full-time in Construction Management Field. Continuing as Consultant in areas of Technical Writing, Risk Management, Human Resources, EEO, and OSHA construction safety outreach for fun. Advocate for women in the construction industry.
Other Information:
Avid reader, music fan,
Fishing, car travel, crosswords, non-profit fundraising, OSU Buckeyes, NHRA drags, NASCAR, the Cavs, and the mountains and waters of Pennsylvania. Positive and free thinker with high energy.
