Welcome to my page....... Back to the basics!!! SP Iz back!!!! For the umteen time. Been on SP since about 08. Not regularly. I have a love hate relationship with this site. LOL Once again I am trying to lose some weight. And tone it up. Get rid of this Corona weight. Of course I am looking for Sparkfriends, motivation, support..... If you have any help or suggestions for me................let me know! :D

My Goals:
Theme is: Accountability!

I will try to walk a minimum of 3 day a week. And cardio about 3 days a week.

Protein shakes, smoothies and watching what I eat.


My Program:
I plan on walking with other cardio and strength/toning exercises.

Using Sparkpeople, Fitbit, Misfit etc to track exercise regimen, steps and nutrition.

Goal is to work out 4 days a week. And to become as active in my daily life as possible.
