Introduction Text Well here I go again. This Canuk has tried every diet plan available out there, lost weight, then regained it all back, is frustrated, disheartened and feels like I'm on a hamster wheel, going no where. Thank goodness this is free, as I've vowed to never-ever pay another dime towards a diet plan again. I'll bet this sounds so familiar to most of you here. "Okay, let the games begin"

I live in S.W.Ontario, where we get weather in the extremes. My favourite season is Spring, seeing the earth come back to life, and hearing the birds singing again.
