    Hi Terry!

    In response to your question about the nutrition tracker on my page. Yes I do use the nutrition tracker every day. Even if I know the food was not the best I still do it. I had used weight watchers and had success in the past having to track. Tracking keeps me accountable for my intake. I also love seeing the exercise I do on there show calories coming off. The nutrition tracker is one of the big reasons I love Spark. There database of foods is HUGE! They have everything in there. I highly reccomend using it. I know it's time consuming and kind of obessive, but I think you will see better results if you do. Maybe make that a goal you track on Spark. That way you can get used to tracking. Once you do it a few times, it's not that bad.

    Welcome to land of Spark. You will really like it here. It's a very helpful and welcoming place.

    I have right on about 95-100 left to lose myself so just take it slow. Make sure you break down your goal into smaller mini goals. That way you don't feel as discouraged. Make sure to reward yourself with someone each time you hit a goal. I figured I lost 25 so I went and bought some new makeup. Just little things to tell yourself good job!

    If you ever need encouragment, do let me know. Oh and read Cris76's blog. She is a wise and smart lady!( she works with me and she is the one that got me hooked on Spark!) emoticon

    I want to welcome you to spark. Don't feel too overwhelmed at having to lose 100 pounds. Truly, there are people on here that have lost over 200. And I can honestly say that if I can lose the weight, so can you!
