Introduction Text Hi, welcome to my page. I have about 10 lbs weight to lose and looking for pointers and encouragement. I have been here a while, but it is only recently that I got serious with tracking my calories. I am also trying to get in regular gym sessions: having a rather more difficult time with that than with the food. I hope to see changes in my clothes, on the machine, and on people's faces!

I want to have a firmer body most especially working on my thighs and stomach. A flat stomach is really the ultimate goal:)

Iam trying to give up cake and to work out at least 5 days a week. Giving up cake is becoming quite easy, but going to the gym regularly is becoming difficult! Will keep at it, where is the motivation? LOL Update - current difficulties are with bread and butter pudding and with southern fried biscuits! I moved house recently and now the gym is a little bit out of the way. I'm finding motivation by watching tv as I work out though! My goal this year is 1000 fitness minutes each month...... not doing well so far though :(

I read a lot, nothing high end though, fiction mostly and the occassional motivational book
