Yeah the old firm are the best!! But man are they tuff tuff lol...my foot can't do those yet...man I am going to be so out of shape by the time my foot can do high impact...or at least my endurance is going to be way low!! I have been working out...here and theere this week has been great!

Hi Virpi no worries Everything is getting better lol...hurt the foot had a palntars gained back on some weight... my mom moved in with my sister so the eating is way easier and I am exercising once again because the plantars is almost healed but it does feel like I am starting at the beginning of my weight loss journey...but hopefully this time I will shrink and it will stay off How are you? 2139 days ago

lol I think why The Strength DVD goes do slow is because that's a tuff tuff workout! and its 60 minutes long!
Today I did Ripped With Hiit Back and biceps... the workout is actually back, biceps and shoulders but I already did shoulders with my triceps on chest the other day and I am still SORE so I skipped that part. But it was still a very great workout! loved it!!
Last night I did 10 minutes on the elliptical...10 minutes of intervals....1 minute on level 5 the next on level 10....that hurt!!
