OMG I DID IT AGAIN...

My Goals:
To lose the weight - again!! I know I can do it 'cause I've done it before!

My Program:
 Eat the right food, get the proper exercise and feel like a million dollars! To be HEALTHY!


Personal Information:
I've lived in New England my entire life-the last 30+ yrs in NH. The day finally arrived to follow the sun and head south! I retired and relocated to FLORIDA!
I have two grown sons along with two lovely daughters-in-law and three adorable grandsons and one gorgeous granddaughter.


Other Information:
 I love reading-(mostly non-fiction, but adore Stephen King); love flower gardens, the beach, good music, and like they say-"Life is too short to drink bad wine!" I do not like to cook, but absolutely enjoy fine cuisine!

    Hi Sandy...I am back and have missed everyone here....I see you every once in a while on FB so know you are doing well. After having two knee replacements, two really good friends went through cancer battles and I helped them both because I could...lost them both and it was quite devastating to me but I know that I have to continue this health journey and try and reach my goals. Jim and I are going to Soesta Key for two weeks at the end of February and would love it I’d you could suggest places to see and things to do....I know you live in the Tampa area but everyone who lives near Siesta has been there....we have always gone to the ocean side of Florida but never the gulf side. Glad you are still on the team and that I can once again join you all!
