Onward I go!
2019 update: I will get up off my butt and move! Specifically I will lift weights (with a structured schedule) 4-5 times a week. I will add cardio days (3 miles of running) and biking in nice weather (at least an hour ride). Weight-wise, I would like to lose 20 lbs but if I'm a few over or under, I won't complain. I'm tall (5'9) so fat hides itself well, let's melt it! I've started juicing on Jan. 1, so far I like it but my overall meals will be clean, plant based with some chicken and fish ...

I'm tall (5'9) so fat hides itself well, let's melt it! I've started juicing on Jan. 1, so far I like it but my overall meals will be clean, plant based with some chicken and fish added here and there. I don't live by the scale alone; I took beginning weight and measurements Jan 1st and will re-do monthly. I go by how I feel and how my clothes fit...they're feeling snug these days, that will change over time, to feeling loose and comfortable. I cannot have a bite of anything unhealthy, it will send me into a tailspin of binge eating junk...so I just cut it out all-together.

My Goals:
I'd like to get back to enjoying life again, through mental and physical activity. I'm going to kick food addiction and emotional eating aside for good.
My Program:
I'm starting anew since I've been off the wagon for a few years and gained weight. I have a structured strength training plan I will follow that incorporates minimal cardio, but I will add random days of running and biking.
Keeping my faith and a positive outlook helps!
Personal Information:
Originally from South Texas, now living in San Antonio.
Other Information:
I love a good underdog story.
Crime dramas and reality tv are my pass-time guilty pleasures.
I have an ugly junk food addiction I'm trying to kick.

Thanks for the support on my blog. For the last 90 Day challenge, I just joined her email list but there is a Facebook group. It's called Madeformore. Tons of support and motivation.
