Hope things are continuing to go well with you. Your last blog was almost 1 year ago and you were doing well going from "obese" to "overweight". Congratulation! I am also in the "overweight" category trying to get into normal BMI range. It has been raining EVERYDAY for the past 10 days and that has put a damper on my motivation. But we can't let that stop us. We can make our own sunshine - right? Take care.

The Biggest Loser is the name. It's a 10 week commitment with 11 teams of 24 members each. Main requirements are to weigh in each week and do the inter team challenges (ITC's). Our inter team challenges) consist of fitness and nutrition. They are very helpful in losing the weight and inches and it's fun to compete with other teams for points. Individual teams might have mini challenges of their own.
I lead the Pink Flamingos and would love to have you join us for Summer Challenge which starts the first week of June. Just let me know and I will sign you up and send you an invitation.
First let me thank you for all the visits to my spark page this summer and all the goodies you left. I had not been sparking for a while, in fact I had been offline being involved with other pressing things. I know what you mean about the incessant rain and miserably hot weather. Fortunately, I have a membership a very nice, well-equipped gym which is open 24 hours so I've been able to stay on track with the exercise and it's been paying off. (I have a roomful of equipment in my house which doesn't get much use.) I hope we shall have a quiet hurricane season (I still get flashbacks to Irma). Have a fabulous holiday and stop by anytime for a hug and a "cup of encouragement".
