Okay I have decided to get real AGAIN and update my tracker. It is difficult but I just have to put on my "BIG GIRL PANTIES" and deal with it. I am so sick & tired of being fat! I want to be able to shop in the regular size section, able to purchase the clothes I think are pretty not the clothes that will cover every inch and not expose much. I started over again today. Just like I have many many times. Change is hard! Losing weight is hard! Maintaining weight is hard! Being overweight is hard! Which hard should I choose.? I am going to choose to live healthier and make better food choices each day. PROGRESS NOT PERFECTION! I appreciate all of the encouragement through friends as well as the material available on this wonderful site. Work hard everyone! It will be well worth the effort!

My Goals:
~ I really want to focus on changing from the inside out.
To eat for optimum health and get the exercise I need to get fit. The first change needs to be in my mind. Once that has taken hold I should be good to go!

My Program:
Walking, aerobics, & stength training. I am focusing more on eating and being healthy.

Personal Information:
I live in Central Wisconsin. I grew up in South- Western WI and love to go back and see my family who still reside there.
My four boys keep me very active. I LOVE being their mom and am fortunate enough to be able to work only part time and be available to them when they need me.

I am blessed!

Other Information:
I love to read, cook, bake, and obviously eat. LOL
I am a Christian and am working daily on my personal relationship with my Lord &Savior Jesus Christ, some days go better than others.
