I AM Worth it!!!
I have spent my life putting others first and it's time for me to realize that I AM worth it! I lost the carefree and loving person I used to be. It didn't matter what was going on in my life, I would always wear a smile. When the weight came on, the confidence disappeared, and so did the smile. I want to shed this weight and find the real me again.

My Goals:
My beginning weight: 213.5
My long term goal is 140.
I will set a series of short term goals to achieve my overall goal.
Goal #1 5/29/08: Lose 10 pounds in June.
My Program:
1 hr of cardio 4 days per week
45 min spin class 1-2 days a week
30 min ST (alternating upper and lower body) 4 days per week
30 min water aerobics 1-2 days a week
Walking (3 miles) 1-2 days per week.
Eating 1250-1450 calories per day with one high calorie day (around 2000) per week.
Eat 6 servings of fruits and vegetables per day.
Drink 100+ ounces of water per day.
