    Just thought I'd pop in to say, "Hey!" emoticon It's been a couple of weeks since I've been doing anything but writing in my blog and logging in Calories, I've kind of slacked in the community range! But I was procrastinating today and playing on sparks, so I thought I'd take a second and see how you were doing! I just read your blog, and I must say WAY TO GO on the weight loss. I'm having the opposite problem as you...I'm seeing a difference in how my clothes fit (not changing sizes or anything, just fitting better) but for the last three weeks my weight has bounced between 172-175...Really discouraging as I started at 178-180. I really want to see those numbers get into the 160s...SOOOooo discouraging. I guess for me walking, doing core exercises, and Leslie Sansome's Walk Away the Pound Videos helps me tone up and actually loose inches...muscle weight to is a lot smaller and looks smaller on a body, but doesn't help in bringing the numbers on the scale down right away (which is probably my problem!)...Anyways don't be too hard on yourself or too discouraged...as long as one or the other is steadily going down you should be ok if you're keeping up with all your exercising.

    Hope you're still enthusiatic about your journey! Sometimes the going gets rough after an great start the first two days, but don't loose hope!! You can conquer those nasty urges to go back to old habits! Rely on the message boards and other spark members to keep you on track! You know you can do it!!
    If you get some time read the articles about MIND OVER BODY found in the wellness section! They'll do you wonders!!
