Introduction Text I've realized that I'm tired of being fat. Tired of living defeated in this area of my life; tired of doing the same old thing - dieting, binging, losing weight and gaining it all back plus more. I want to change my life. I want to engage in an ever increasing group of physical activities that I enjoy. I want to change the way I eat and still enjoy eating, but eat reasonably instead of with reckless abandonment and to meet needs that have nothing to do with food. I want to make changes, one at a time, to my life that lead to slow, lasting weight loss and a different lifestyle. I know that I can't do it alone. God is with me and I'm so grateful. I also need people; that's part of why I'm here.

Enter a summary of your goals, or just a few you would like to share. Over the next couple of years I want to lose 100 pounds and keep that weight off for good. My first short term weight loss goal is to lose 25 pounds. My goal is to do that by November 1, 2009. I want to change the way I think. I've identified some lies and unhealthy ways of thinking that have helped me stay fat. I want to replace these with truth, not just in my head but in my heart. I want to develop an ever increasingly active lifestyle. I want to find physical activities that I enjoy and can participate in.

Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals. 1. Use the SP Nutrition tracker and stay within my calorie range daily. Also make sure I drink at least 64oz water daily. 2. Engage in a 20 minute warm up & simple yoga routine at least 3Xs a week. 3. Walk, Hike, Skate or any other aerobic type activity for at least 30 minutes 6Xs per week. 4. 6Xs a week make time for prayer, bible reading, meditation.
