Feels like a swan song, but feel free to add me as a Spark Friend and I'll do the same right up until the bitter end.

I'm living an intermittent lifestyle, doing 1-2 meals a day with 4-6 hour eating windows. I've started mixing it up with alternate day fasting.

I'm hooked!!

My Goals:
1. Stick with Intermittent Fasting until I reach my goal weight (to be determined, just want to get to "One-derland" first.

2. Then live the intermittent fasting lifestyle for the rest of my life to keep getting the amazing health benefits!!!


My Program:
10,000+ steps a day, Intermittent fast for 16-22 hours a day.



Personal Information:
I am a Yoga Student patiently trying to improve my world one breath and one sun salutation at a time. My goal is authenticity, not perfection.

I have a degree in Economics and Finance from George Washington University which is still one of my most expensive wall decorations. I’m a Forever Student, Yoga Teacher and Practitioner. I’d be progressing much faster as a Practitioner if I did not find everything else in the world so interesting. 

Why do Yoga?

It has assisted me in finding qualities, strengths, talents, spaces and feelings in myself that were previously unknown to me. Some of these qualities were hidden from me by physical habit, other by genetics and many, many others by emotional patterns of fear or doubt.

Plus I like being bendier. 

Interests: Yoga, meditation, reading and listening to books, travel, worms, collaging, cooking, good coffee.

    Your April 20th blog inspired me greatly. When I read... "I’m always thinking about food, buying special foods, preparing foods, eating foods or avoiding foods and then tracking foods. It’s exhausting." I thought I MUST find out more!!! And so it starts... the snowball is gathering momentum and growing with each blog, article, video and book. I'm preparing myself to dive in and see what happens. Soon, very soon.
