Introduction Text "I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me" Philippians 4:13 Out of the Storm I lay in bed ready for slumber, Outside the clouds are filled with lightning and thunder, As I hear a crash, I jump in fright, Wondering if I will survive the night, I pull the blankets up over my face, As the wind blows harder, picking up the pace, Off in the distance, a tornado starts forming, I pray to God to let me survive until morning, Thunder is rolling, lighting is flashing, The storm get stronger, rain starts crashing, I pray to God to comfort his child, As the storm outside, continues to go wild, Then in an instant I see nothing but white, I must be dreaming, this can�t be right, I open my eyes, and see there is nothing to fear, For at that very moment the Lord did appear, He said, �You are my child and I truly care,� You cried out for help and I answered your prayer, Your faith is what saved you, and your trust in me, You asked me to calm you and calm you shall be, For the time is now, I am calling you home, To your mansion in heaven where you�re never alone, So come my child in the streets of gold, For, I took you out of the storm and out of the cold. My goal is to condition my body and mind to a much healthier me.

Daily stretches and workouts twice a week, until I get back into the swing of things.

Originally, I'm from San Diego, California. I moved to Jackson, Mississippi in 1995 and have been here ever since.

Two years ago I fell off of a ladder and the pain has been intense. I have trouble standing for only 10 minutes, let alone any kind of heavy lifting or bending. For the past two years my pain has had control of my life. Thanks to a good friend, i am starting on the road to regaining control of my life again.
