I am a conundrum. I ride motorcycles, and drive a Prius. Bake snacks and treats, but almost never eat them. I can eat only one cookie. I am an introverted extrovert. I have a terrible time going to a "new" event by myself, but love to try new things after I get over the "newness" and absolutely love to meet new people, and hear their experiences. I want to get in condition to hike again, and learn to stretch so that I can still do what I want to do.
My Program:
Consists of a gym trainer, nutrition consultant, and a goal of walking "The Great Walk" in Scotland.
Personal Information:
I absolutely positively hate going to the gym, there are better places I want to be, but no place that I need to be more. My trainer is the best.
Other Information:
I will drive great distances to meet a friend for a meal, or cup of coffee. Coffee has protein, so is good for you.
