Church this morning and evening-- my to do list is full for the week. We head north next Sunday, and a couple of social occasions in the afternoons, which are going to be good, and I need to plan meals / grocery shopping and clean the house and guest house. While we are gone, my sister/hubby and their daughter are coming to stay in the guest house.

GREAT north wind, lower temps make this girl happy!

Saturday morning I forgot my phone, I was going to do a solo spinning hour outside (classes have moved inside), but without music it wouldn't be nearly as inspiring. I was scheduled for a virtual 5K next weekend and there's just not enough hours anywhere next week, so I went with plan B and walked.

Walking at 3.5 has been my 'just me' pace (no Elmer or Husband) and anything faster than that makes my back feel uncomfortable. When I finished my 3.1 my speed was 3.6. It's much slower than my pace b4 back issues, but I had to whack myself upside the head-- I'm taking care of my back. I love walking the hospital grounds on weekends-- the parking lots are mostly empty. Praying is always involved when I walk past the cancer center.

Back has been in a very good place for the last couple of weeks, but occasionally I can feel it-- icing/stretching usually is all it takes. Chiro Friday said it's looking mighty good. My L 'gamer's' thumb had it's 3rd treatment Friday, as well-- the pain/discomfort is way less, very thankful, but I'm pretty careful for what I do with it. I don't think the prognosis for it will be permanent, once the laser treatments are finished, I don't expect the issue to be healed, just less.

But it's amazing how good LESS feels, in my back and thumb!

    Evening Hello my Friend,

Dropping by to say hi. You left a message on my Spark Page saying you couldn't access Sparkmail because you don't remember your username or password.

Because you are logged in to your Spark page I thought you would just click on MyTrackers then scroll down to SparkMail click on it and you would automatically be directed to your inbox of your SparkMail.

This is what I do and I don't need to log in with my username or password....Are you on a different system? Just trying to help you gain access to your mail...

Hope the steps for getting to your SparkMail has been helpful...if not I will go to my sparkmail and copy the text I sent you and leave you a SparkGoodie that will include my message to you. Has this helped? Please let me know...

Hope you had a good day and you have a Weekend filled with Abundant Blessings...
