Fit living with my kids!
Hi! My name is Audrey! I am a 35 year old housewife and mother who has been struggling with being overweight (and obese) for over a decade. Now that I am a mom I feel that regaining my previous healthy lifestyle needs to be a priority so that I can lead a long, happy, healthy life with my family. I've had a recent backslide which I am trying to stop in it's tracks. Plenty of things that are contributing to it, and I need to find the way to circumvent them. My "diet" is just sensible moderation. Cals in vs cals out. I track when I remember, which is pretty inconsistently right now. As for my exercise plan, it is also inconsistent now with COVID. While I have gym access, it's harder to sneak it in with the kids home from school.
